MOSCOW, September 2, 2010. Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VCIOM) presents national political institutions` and electoral ratings measured in August.

Currently, Russian president`s approval rating is equaled to this year June`s points. Dmitry Medvedevelectoral rating is 48%.

Prime Minister`s approval rating has also been stable over the recent two weeks (72-73%). Prime Minister`s rating, as well as President`s rating, has slightly declined during abnormal heat and wildfires.

The initiative Russian opinion polls were conducted on August 28-29, 2010. 1600 respondents were interviewed at 140 sampling points in 42 regions of Russia. The margin oferror does not exceed 3.4%.
