Since 2004 VCIOM participates in regular monitoring of public opinion in the post-Soviet area: in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kirghizia. The consortium of research organizations of these countries through cross-cultural surveys measures social, economic and political views of the publics in those countries, attitudes to possible cooperation and reintegration, to important, developments in the world. The concept is similar to the ideas of Eurobarometer, a program of the European Union. The surveys are conducted twice a year. more in Russian |
