Transformation processes in Eastern Europe, traditional and new media in the post-Soviet societies, migration and “brain drain”, methodology of cross-country sociological research.

Author of several dozens of scientific publications in the spheres of psychology, history, IR (in Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, Russia, USA).

  • Currently works on the doctoral dissertation at Department of Political Science and Sociology, Innsbruck University (Austria).

  • Senior research consultant at Go-Governance Initiative (Vienna, Austria). Since March, 2012.

  • President of Russian Chapter of Vienna Diplomatic Academy Alumni. Since December 2009.

Prior experience includes work at International Organizations (IOM, ICMPD), analytical centers (Economist Intelligence Unit, EURAC), consulting (Spectrum Consulting, WIRE), academia (Universities of Austria, Germany, Italy, Russia, USA), mass media.
