Towards the East
August 9 – The VCIOM’s General Director Valery Fedorov presented the data of a study devoted to the Far East in the framework of the Iturup National Youth Educational Forum. According to the survey data, those who are willing to move to the Far East are mainly Russians aged 18-24. Almost every third in this age group would do that if a plot of land was given to him/her or his/her family. The basic reasons behind their desire to move to the Far East are career development and healthy environment for children.
